Dinner: A three course fixed option for residents and our regular A la Carte menu are available. Lindsay personally prepares the dinner with emphasis given to quality food cooked in an unpretentious manner. The food is complemented by quality table settings: cut crystal glasses, linen table covers and crisp cotton napkins at dinner all combine to contribute to a memorable dining experience .

The menu is further complemented by a range of wines or perhaps a wee dram from our honesty bar .

The Conservatory Restaurant is open to both residents and non-residents.
